Auxílio Brasil Consulta Fácil (ABF) is a public service from the Brazilian Government that aims to help citizens in need of financial aid to find the best loan and repayment terms, to receive benefits and pay off their debts.
ABF also has the responsibility to check the regularity of the claims and repayments, as well as to inform the public about the terms and conditions of the loan.
ABF is made up of a team of public agents that perform the service in the cities of Brasília, São Paulo, Porto Alegre, Florianópolis, Vitória, and Santa Teresa, which are the most affected cities in Brazil.
How can I use the service?
When you want to use the service, go to the website that has the form to make your claim and fill out the information.
After that, you will have to wait for the agent to review your claim and, if it is approved, the loan terms.
You will then have to sign the agreement to receive the money.
